I got a moleskine daily planner on amazon (from 2011 only $3) just to draw portraits from my Polly and the Black Ink characters. I'll use it as reference when I forget how to draw one of the characters. Sometimes I have to draw an entire chapter with only two or three characters and forget what the others hairstyle look like. Painting more pages this week, with a few commissions in between and fantasy drawings. I'll return with more news soon.
